Nexus One no longer for sale, we die a little bit inside

Let’s be honest here. If you are a gadget geek in any way, shape, or form, then you are a fan of the Nexus One whether you have one or not. It is the nerd of nerds phone. It has a trackball that illuminates in different colors, it has a nice large screen, it has a rubberized back, it has an awesome look and feel. The Nexus One was the first and only Google anointed phone that didn’t say ‘with Google’ but rather ‘Google’ on the back. The phone was always kept up to date and ran the latest leaked and live versions of Android and probably will continue to be as it seems to be Google’s test phone. However, as of this morning the Nexus One is no longer for sale on AT&T or T-Mobile at Google has stopped ordering shipments of the device last week and now has stopped shipping the device to buyers. Today is a day we all shed a tear. One of the best phones made in the last couple years is now being put out of its misery. You can still find one on Ebay and Craigslist. So if you are still interested you might want to head over there and start placing some bids because they won’t be there forever.
