Marvell Moby: 99 dollars of awesome
March 21, 2010 1 Comment
Marvell has recently started toting their new, low-cost mobile processors, and the most substantial showing of the chips would have to be the Moby. The Moby is a stylish little prototype tablet featuring Marvell’s ARMada 600 series processor, and is said to come equipped with a Full 1080P HD display (1920×1080 pixels of awesome). Click that dirty little link for more information, click it hard.
Marvell is hoping to cash in on the ever tech-hungry, penny-less college student demographic. Rocking an eReader application for viewing text books, with Marvell hoping to turn the Moby into a cost efficient replacement for standard, paper based textbooks, this little device is slated to make a push soon, and in a big way. Toss in competent 3D modeling and gaming capabilities, something tells me Marvell’s got a real winner on their hands.
Keep up the great writing.
