Nexus One HTC Desire ROM Melds HTC Sense & Flash 10 into Happy Nexus

Paul at MoDaCo forums has let the cat out of the bag and released an early (read Alpha) version of the HTC Desire ROM with HTC Sense for Nexus One.  This ROM is also packed with Flash 10.1 for Android along with tons of widgets for the full HTC Sense experience. Although this is nowhere a completely stable release, if you have the gall and tenacity to play with the install, you will be plenty happy with the results. Tutorial, video and pics after the break.
