Adobe, Condé Nast and WIRED Demonstrate New Digital Magazine Experience

Last Friday, Adobe and Condé Nast unveiled a new digital magazine experience based on WIRED magazine at the TED conference in Long Beach, California. Built on Adobe AIR and developed with Condé Nast, the tablet prototype we showed during the TED “Play” session illustrates the possibilities for magazine publishers to reach readers in new ways. UK Motorola Milestone 2.0.1 OTA update available now!

Keeping their promise, Motorola has released an over the air update for the Milestone in its French, German, and Italian markets.  While it isn’t the 2.1 update that everyone’s waiting for, it’s definitely a step in the right direction and it shows Motorola’s new found dedication to priority updating after the Droid 2.1 fiasco.  Read below for what Motorola had to say about the update on their official Facebook page. Google Going Gaga with “Mobile First” Doctrine

CEO Eric Schmidt said that the most popular endpoint seems to be a mobile device. He said Google is now thinking about things in terms of “Mobile First” with every product from this point forward. Google main focus for the future will continue to be on high performance mobile phones. Although the company will continue make it’s PC applications and other apps that are able to work in any type of browser, but he stated “the company’s best programmers want to work on mobile.” Read more of this post

HTC Confirms “Windows Phone 7 Series” Phones

Windows Phone 7 Series was announced recently at the MWC in Barcelona, Spain. However, there was no mention of what manufacturer’s would be releasing handsets with the new OS. HTC, who have had many different Windows Mobile devices in the past, have confirmed that they will continue to produce Windows based smart phones in the near future. Read more of this post
